The launch of a new Surgical Video Library for ENT UK members was announced at the British Rhinological Society Annual Meeting, which took place in Newquay in May.
The educational resource offers access to a variety of rhinological procedures through step-by-step instructional videos. The aim is to showcase the breadth and quality of rhinology practice across the United Kingdom. Each video is approximately five minutes long and is edited to highlight the primary steps of each operation.
The British Rhinological Society is encouraging submissions from ENT UK members to expand the library. Even if a similar procedure has already been recorded, submissions that demonstrate clearly different or innovative techniques will be considered for inclusion.
Submissions can be made by ENT UK members through an online link provided with the announcement. The organization notes that not all submissions will be published due to editorial considerations.
The Surgical Video Library states it looks forward to receiving contributions and highlighting work being carried out across various units.
