Jeaninne Alexander, a patient of Gulf Coast Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers, said treatment at the practice “changed my life” after years of worsening sinus and allergy symptoms, in a Feb. 28 Google review of the practice.
“Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Centers changed my life,” Alexander wrote in her review. She said she was diagnosed with seasonal allergies in childhood, but after moving to Florida 23 years ago, her symptoms progressed into chronic sinusitis. “After 11 sinus infections in 2025, my primary doctor referred me to Breathe Free.”
Alexander said she felt included in her care and described staff as “courteous” and “professional.” She said clinicians took time to explain her condition and treatment options, helping her make an informed decision about her care plan, which included balloon sinuplasty.
Balloon sinuplasty is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat chronic sinusitis when other treatments have failed, according to Healthline. The outpatient procedure uses a small balloon catheter to open blocked sinus passages and is typically performed by an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist under local or general anesthesia.
“After a week following the procedure, I started to notice improvement in my breathing that I haven’t felt in years,” she wrote.
