Webinar to address biopharma hiring outlook with expert panel

The biopharma sector is set to examine its hiring landscape in a webinar titled "2026 Hiring Trends and Job Market Signals." The event will feature industry experts discussing current employment conditions, future trends, and strategies for professionals navigating the evolving life sciences job market.

Speakers include Bryan Blair, vice president of biotech and pharma recruiting at GQR Global Markets; Leslie Loveless, CEO and managing partner at Slone Partners; Eric Celidonio, founder and managing partner at Sci.bio Recruiting; and Angela Gabriel, content manager for life sciences careers at BioSpace.

Bryan Blair’s experience involves placing research and development executives as well as building clinical teams for companies focused on Phase II trials or later. His work covers areas such as clinical development, drug safety/pharmacovigilance, biometrics, medical affairs, and executive leadership.

Leslie Loveless brings more than 25 years of healthcare and life sciences industry expertise to her role. She joined Slone Partners in 2007 and has served as chief operating officer since 2014 before becoming CEO in 2016. She also acts as managing partner.

Eric Celidonio began his career in research and manufacturing roles with Bayer and Pfizer before moving into recruitment. He has held leadership positions in talent acquisition at Merck KGaA and Moderna where he built recruiting teams and advised on key hiring decisions.

Angela Gabriel reports on the biopharma job market for BioSpace. Her coverage includes job trends, career advice, and producing client content.
