Dr. Joshua M. Levy joins The Centers for Advanced ENT Care as new otolaryngologist

The Centers for Advanced ENT Care, Feldman ENT Division, has announced that Dr. Joshua M. Levy has joined its team of otolaryngologists. Dr. Levy is a fellowship-trained rhinologist with ten years of experience treating patients with chronic sinusitis.

Dr. Levy also serves as Clinical Director at the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) at the NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland, where he oversees clinical trials related to communication disorders. He completed his medical and public health training at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, including a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. After his residency in 2015, he undertook a fellowship in Rhinology, Sinus and Skull Base Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University under Dr. Tim Smith.

Before joining The Centers for Advanced ENT Care, Dr. Levy was Associate Professor and Associate Vice Chair of Research in Emory University’s Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. He also served as Clinical Director for the RADx–RAD program at Emory University, which clinically validated candidate SARS-CoV-2 diagnostics.

Dr. Levy's academic interests focus on airway inflammation and sense of smell. He leads a multi-disciplinary research team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with allergy, sinus, and airway conditions and co-directs the NIH National Smell and Taste Center.
