Eli Lilly and Co. has declared a fourth-quarter dividend of 52 cents per share on outstanding common stock.
Eli Lilly’s board of directors recently declared the dividend, which will be payable as of Dec. 8, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 15, the company announced.

Eli Lilly employees have donated over 70,000 hours of service in communities which lack clean water, medical care and quality education since the program’s inception, according to the company.
