Seven biopharma companies hiring for positions across New York

Biopharma job opportunities in New York have increased, with job postings on the BioSpace website for the Pharm Country region rising 34% from July 1, 2025, to July 28, 2026. While postings declined in June and July, they still represent an improvement over the same period last year.

Several companies are currently seeking candidates for various roles. Regeneron has approximately 275 open positions including quality compliance specialist (change control) in Rensselaer, physician scientist specializing in cardiometabolic genetics in Tarrytown, and staff process specialist-manufacturing in East Greenbush.

Amgen is recruiting for roles such as specialty representative/senior specialty representative-respiratory biologic covering Poughkeepsie and based in New York City; field reimbursement manager-Long Island covering Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island; and specialty account manager-TEPEZZA (endocrinology) covering Brooklyn and Staten Island, based in Brooklyn.

Recursion is offering multiple positions in New York City including executive director of asset project leadership, director of regulatory affairs, and director of CMC regulatory affairs. Sanofi has several openings such as senior maintenance technician and production operator both located in Pearl River, as well as a director of HCP marketing-dermatology position based in Sleepy Hollow.

Novo Nordisk is hiring for jobs like regional account manager based in New York City along with pharma field sales-cardiometabolic care specialist I-P roles located respectively in Middletown and Elmira. Lundbeck seeks to fill posts including psychiatry regional business director for the Northeast territory (based out of New York City), multispecialty account manager for Queens (based there), and neuroscience area sales manager overseeing the tristate area from Manhattan. Protara Therapeutics is looking to hire a manager of financial planning and analysis; an executive director/vice president of market access-trade, GPOs & patient services; plus a director of global regulatory affairs—all based out of New York City.
