ENT & Allergy Associates of Pennsylvania announced on July 6 the addition of Paul C. Frake, MD, a board-certified otolaryngologist, as part of its expansion of comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services in the Pennsylvania market.
Dr. Frake will begin seeing adult and pediatric patients on July 1 at ENTA-PA’s Northeast Philadelphia office located at 10125 Verree Road. Later in the year, he will also see patients at ENTA-PA’s new Horsham office at 400 Horsham Road when it opens in the third quarter of 2026. The new facility will replace the current Willow Grove location and is designed to support continued growth for ENTA-PA in the region; Dr. Frake is expected to see patients there three days per week.
With Dr. Frake joining the practice, ENTA-PA expands its offerings beyond allergy and asthma care to provide full otolaryngology services throughout Pennsylvania. The group is part of a larger network with more than 475 clinicians across over 80 clinical locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The recent integration with Allergy & Asthma Care contributed to this expansion.
Dr. Frake brings over a decade of clinical experience specializing in disorders related to ears, nose, sinuses, throat, head, and neck—with particular expertise in treating hyperparathyroidism (parathyroid disease). He completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University before earning his medical degree and completing residency training at The George Washington University; his pediatric residency was completed at Children’s National Medical Center.
He began practicing clinically in Minneapolis starting in 2013, where he was recognized as a “Top Doctor” for both adult and pediatric general otolaryngology. He has also served on committees for the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and held leadership roles within professional organizations such as the Minnesota Academy of Otolaryngology.
