National Breathe Free highlights community involvement alongside clinical care

National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers announced on April 6 that its commitment to high-quality care extends beyond the clinic, emphasizing a culture of service and community involvement.

According to the organization, teams across National Breathe Free are working to build a culture that values connection and engagement within the communities where patients and staff live and work. In mid-March, Arizona Breathe Free teams participated in a volunteer event with Feed My Starving Children, packing meals for children facing food insecurity. The organization said this event demonstrated the impact of aligning around a shared purpose outside daily responsibilities.

Matt Ghanem, CEO of National Breathe Free, said: "We’re always focused on delivering great care inside our clinics, but moments like this remind us that our responsibility—and our opportunity—goes beyond that. This is the kind of culture we want to continue building."

Orlando Vargas, Regional Operations Director, said: "When you see teams show up like this—fully engaged, working together, and proud of what they’re doing—it reinforces that we’re building something meaningful, not just operationally, but culturally."

The organization said that participating in initiatives such as Feed My Starving Children supports broader needs while reinforcing values like compassion and collaboration. These efforts are described as an extension of their mission rather than separate from it.

National Breathe Free plans to expand these community engagement efforts across additional markets as it grows. The organization invites those interested in following its initiatives or exploring partnership opportunities to stay connected through its channels, according to the official roster page.
