MD&M West 2026 exhibitors announce new products ahead of Anaheim convention

MD&M West 2026 will be held next week at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. Med-Tech Insights plans to provide on-site coverage, including video content from the event.

Several companies are set to showcase new products and innovations during the three-day exhibition. Critical Manufacturing will demonstrate how manufacturers can move beyond digital transformation concepts by using a platform designed for complexity, scale, and regulatory demands. The company will focus on how manufacturers in medical devices and industrial equipment can use MES as an operational backbone, supported by enterprise data and artificial intelligence.

TANAKA Precious Metal Technologies Co., Ltd. will present its Visi Fine Series, which includes highly radiopaque precious metal materials for medical device components. The series was first introduced at last year’s event and features advanced processing technologies such as diverse melting methods, ultra-fine wire manufacturing, and laser processing.

LaserLinc is set to unveil a new brand identity at MD&M West 2026. The update includes a modernized logo and refreshed visual identity. According to the company, this change marks LaserLinc’s evolution from a measurement provider to a technology partner for complex manufacturing environments.

Micro Component Group (MCG) invites engineers and OEMs to learn about its photo-chemical etching (PCE) technology. MCG states that PCE enables smaller, cleaner, and more reliable metal components for medical devices. Applications include micro-needles for drug delivery, precision structures for diagnostics, micro-features for wearable devices, and ultra-fine components used in dermatology.

Masterflex Group subsidiaries Fleima-Plastic and Novoplast Schlauchtechnik will display tubing and injection molding products at the VDMA joint stand. Both companies develop injection-molded parts, plastic tubing, connectors, sets, and assemblies for medical technology applications.

Trelleborg Medical Solutions plans to exhibit solutions for medical devices as well as pharmaceutical and biotech applications. Products on display include thermoplastic injection molding items; elastomer-molded tubing; hose; sheeting; multicomponent parts; and micromolding examples.

Covestro will highlight “The Material Effect,” which combines materials science with process development to advance sustainability and performance in healthcare solutions. Booth visitors can see high-impact TPU films for smart sensing along with several other healthcare-related products developed through this approach.

Guill Tool & Engineering will introduce its Unicam crosshead at the show—a product combining two of the company’s established technologies: Single-Point concentricity adjustment system and Cam-Lock fastener-free assembly system. The Universal Adjustment system allows users to choose between traditional or Single-Point adjustment methods with optional Micro-Adjust screws available when fine adjustments are needed.

QT9 Software is exhibiting its QT9 QMS platform designed to help organizations streamline quality processes in life sciences manufacturing while automating compliance workflows within ISO and FDA requirements.

HiArc is making its debut at MD&M West 2026 by showcasing full-scope development capabilities for medical instrumentation as a contract design and manufacturing organization (CDMO). HiArc plans to unveil its first commercial product offering at the event.
