ENT Specialty Partners (ESP), a national network of ear, nose, and throat practices, has appointed Tom Lazenby as its new Chief Executive Officer. Lazenby previously served as the organization's Chief Operating Officer since 2023 and has decades of experience in healthcare leadership and managing high-growth organizations.
Ron Kuppersmith, ESP’s Co-Founder and current CEO, will move into the role of Strategic Advisor while remaining on the Board of Directors. He will continue to contribute to the company’s strategic direction.

ESP stated it will maintain significant physician representation on its Board of Directors. The organization also noted that its Chief Medical Officer continues as a key member of the executive leadership team, while its Physician Leadership Group remains central in organizational decision-making.
Founded in 2021, ENT Specialty Partners now includes more than 94 physicians across nearly 50 locations in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington D.C., making it one of the largest providers of ENT services nationally.
The group offers a range of services including otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, audiology, and allergy treatments.
