ENT & Allergy Associates of Texas (ENTA–TX) has announced the addition of Karen Bednarski, MD, FARS, to its clinical team in Katy, Texas. Dr. Bednarski, a board-certified otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained rhinologist, will begin seeing adult and pediatric patients starting January 2, 2026.
ENTA–TX is part of a larger network with more than 475 clinicians across over 80 locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The practice expanded recently after Houston ENT & Allergy joined the ENT & Allergy Associates network.
Dr. Bednarski joins other specialists at the Katy office, including otolaryngologists Tracy Jakob, MD; Tara Morrison, MD; Michael UnderBrink, MD; and allergist/immunologist Huma Khan, MD.
She completed her medical degree at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine with Research Distinction and continued her training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then pursued a Rhinology Fellowship at the Georgia Nasal and Sinus Institute. Dr. Bednarski is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery through 2029.
Fluent in Spanish and German, Dr. Bednarski has also participated in surgical missions in Vietnam and Nicaragua.
