AI takes center stage at ASCENT ENT conference, reshaping marketing and operations

Greg Caesar, Senior Director of Business Development at Medfluence Advisors, said that artificial intelligence (AI) dominated the ASCENT ENT Administrators Conference as a transformative force in marketing, operations, and patient engagement. This statement was made on LinkedIn.

"AI was the clear headline at this year's ASCENT Administrators Conference," said Caesar, Senior Director, Business Development, according to LinkedIn. "Nearly every vendor, product, and presentation showcased how artificial intelligence is reshaping marketing, communication, and daily operations in ENT practices. The takeaway was clear: AI is no longer optional. Practices that adapt now will lead in visibility, engagement, and performance through 2025 and beyond."

The ASCENT (Administrator Support Community for ENT) 2025 Annual Educational Conference took place in Kansas City from September 8 to 12. The event brought together ear, nose, and throat (ENT) administrators, managers, coders, consultants, and vendors from across the United States for sessions focused on operations, leadership, and innovation in otolaryngology practice management.

According to Caesar, discussions at ASCENT 2025 centered on how AI-generated summaries are altering online search patterns. Patients are increasingly receiving direct answers from search engines rather than clicking through to websites. This shift presents new challenges and opportunities for ENT practices aiming to enhance digital visibility and engagement.

Caesar also highlighted that AI is being utilized to streamline internal operations within ENT practices. Tools for billing automation, standard operating procedure generation, and real-time access to procedural knowledge are reducing manual tasks and dependence on centralized expertise. This enables faster and more consistent service delivery across teams and locations.

In his post, Caesar mentioned that Medfluence Advisors has been leveraging artificial intelligence for over five years to assist ENT practices in improving brand authority, optimizing search visibility, and aligning marketing with evolving patient behavior. Their long-term focus on AI integration supports sustainable growth and digital resilience for physicians.

Caesar is Senior Director and Partner at Medfluence Advisors where he leads strategic growth initiatives for ENT practices. According to Medfluence’s official site, he holds an MBA from the University of South Alabama and is a Certified Outpatient Practice Management Consultant (COPM-C). He is also a published author and member of the Forbes Business Council with a focus on practice development and digital patient acquisition strategies.
