The National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers announced new leadership appointments, promoting Taylor Borane to CEO, Todd Tomlinson to COO, and Jim King to CTO. These changes are part of the company's ongoing efforts to enhance its operational and technological capabilities.
Borane, who has served as chief operating officer since 2020, will now succeed founder and former CEO Ghanem, who will assume the role of chairman of the board. With a background in healthcare, hospitality, and medical devices, Borane aims to expand the company's reach and enhance its standards in ENT care, according to a press release by the National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers.
Tomlinson, who served as the national vice president of operations, brings experience from roles at Entellus Medical, Warner Chilcott, Stryker, and BioTissue. Ghanem praised Tomlinson’s promotion, highlighting his expertise in medical devices and commitment to patient care. Tomlinson’s new role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and advancing patient care.
King studied engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and later earned a degree in biology and chemistry with a focus on molecular biology from the College of Charleston. He entered the ENT field in 2016 with Stryker/Entellus Medical, where he enhanced technology and sales processes. King joined National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers in 2019 as operations manager for the first clinic.
Founded in 2018 by Matthew Ghanem and Dr. Manish Khanna, National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers manage nearly 30 ENT practices across the U.S. The organization focuses on providing high-quality patient care and advancing treatments in sinus, allergy, and ENT care.
