National Breathe Free CEO: 'What made this year's convention truly exceptional was the celebration of individual contributions and the cumulative achievements of our incredible team members.'

On June 21-25, National Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Centers held their 3rd annual Clinical Educational Convention. Matthew Ghanem, Chief Executive Officer of National Breathe Free, said the highlight of this year's Breathe Free Clinical Convention was celebrating the achievements of the Breathe Free team members.

"The 3rd Annual Breathe Free Clinical Convention was an absolute success! Bringing together 21 offices to discuss best practices, patient care, and the latest technological advances was inspiring," Ghana wrote in a LinkedIn post. "But what made this year's convention truly exceptional was the celebration of individual contributions and the cumulative achievements of our incredible team members. We firmly believe in changing people's lives, and the Clinical Convention was a powerful affirmation of our commitment to this mission."

Ghanem is the CEO of National Breathe Free. He and Dr. Manish Khanna, the organization's Chief Medical Officer, founded the first Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Center in the summer of 2018, and since then, multiple new Breathe Free clinics have opened across the country, according to their website. It also states that prior to founding Breathe Free, Ghanem held leadership positions in the hospitality business as well as the ENT medical device industry. Ghanem earned his undergraduate degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University Graduate School of Business.

According to its website, National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers is a healthcare provider specializing in "Ear, Nose, & Throat" care. They list affiliate partners located in numerous states, including Florida, Texas, Virginia, California and Arizona. The website also states that National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers value quality care as well as patient outcomes.

One of the highlights of the team's annual convention is distributing awards to their team members who exemplify each of their core values, according to Ghanem's LinkedIn post. The awards given out this year were the Lauren Campbell (presented to an employee who exemplifies the ethos of clinical excellence), Jack Matthews (presented to an employee who surpasses the responsibilities of their position with exceptional dedication and effort), Commitment, Extreme Ownership, Rookie of the Year, Compassion and Gratitude awards.
