RELIAS HONORED AS STEVIE AWARD WINNER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE YEAR IN 2023 AMERICAN BUSINESS AWARDS

Healthcare education and enablement solutions company recognized for excellence in customer service

Relias, trusted education and workforce development partner to more than 11,000 healthcare organizations worldwide, named the winner of a bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 21st Annual American Business Awards®.

Relias’ Customer Support team is responsible for delivering day-to-day assistance to both its business and consumer customers of the company’s Recruiting and Staffing, Learning and Performance, and Compliance Management solutions. This dedicated team provides technical support via phone, chat, email, and webform, and creates self-service materials for customers including chatbots, videos, and knowledge articles. With the goal of actively addressing clients’ ever-changing needs, the team identifies customers’ most frequently asked questions and partners with relevant teams to get answers and develop creative solutions.

This recognition marks the first year Relias has been honored with this award, and this third-party recognition serves as a valuable benchmark to the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

“Our Customer Support team has a people-first culture that balances employee satisfaction with high performance to deliver quality assistance such as fielding login questions and offering tailored, personalized services to our largest customers,” said Candace Wallace, Chief Customer Officer at Relias. “We’re thrilled to have our Customer Support team recognized by the Stevie Awards program, highlighting its continued commitment to serving our customers and constantly working to exceed their expectations.”

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

“It is very gratifying for us to be able to recognize the achievements of such a wide variety of organizations, teams, and individuals in the 21st ABAs, and we look forward to bringing them together in New York on June 13 to celebrate,” said Maggie Miller, president of the Stevie Awards.
