Innovaccer expands capabilities in partnership with PatientPing, 'making care delivery simpler and more effective'

San Francisco-based health care technology company Innovaccer, Inc., and PatientPing are teaming up to enhance health care delivery services and increase patient accessibility to an improved system.

Innovaccer customers will benefit from this collaboration, as they will be given access to PatientPing's real-time admission, discharge and transfer data notifications, and care across a wide network of the health system.

"We are excited to expand the care management capabilities of the Innovaccer Health Cloud to power the future of health through our partnership with PatientPing," Charu Madan, vice president of partnerships and alliances at Innovaccer, told Cision PR Newswire. "Health care processes can be complicated, and patients suffer when providers are unable to share or access timely information. We're excited to take the next step toward true interoperability and automated care management by making care delivery simpler and more effective on the Innovaccer Health Cloud."

PatientPing is an innovative care collaboration platform that helps decrease the cost of health care while producing enhanced patient outcomes by seamlessly connecting providers to coordinate patient management.

Innovaccer, Inc., enables health care providers to work collaboratively.

Innovaccer will become a reseller of Pings, PatientPing's real-time notification solution. Ping will be embedded directly within the Innovaccer Health Cloud, which would help simplify care navigation and reduce out-of-network utilization.
