Gender pay and salary negotiation will be discussed at two workshops being sponsored by the the Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center at Vanderbilt University.
The free workshops will be held Nov. 1 and will be guided by Dorrie Sieburg, an American Association of University Women Salary Negotiation Program manager, a Vanderbilt release said. The workshops will discuss the gender pay gap, as well as tips and techniques for pointing out your value as an employee and in negotiating pay.
