Astellas Pharma Inc. announced plans this week to launch the newest element in its global corporate brand campaign, which it is conducting in partnership with CNN.
Astellas unveiled the first part of the campaign Oct. 20 on CNN US and HLN. This part of the collaboration, which will run through March 2017 on CNN International, features a TV commercial and digital activities on relevant websites and social media platforms that tie into the company’s “CNN Heroes” sponsorship.
In the commercial, three Astellas employees in locations around the world talk about the importance of working together to drive innovation in medical solutions, providing value and hope to patients worldwide.
CNN Heroes, a program started in 2007, honors individuals who make extraordinary contributions to humanitarian aid and make a difference in their communities. Astellas believes the show falls in line with its unwavering commitment to enhance the health of communities across the globe.
