Invisiblu announces voluntary recall of LGD-Xtreme supplement

Invisiblu International LLC recently issued a voluntary recall of Continuum Labs LGD-Xtreme at the consumer as well as retail level of the product.

The reason for the recall is that it contains LGD-4033, commonly called Ligandrol. This investigational drug has not gained approval for use among humans, though the risks and potential damage of using LGD-Xtreme containing Ligandrol have not yet been determined.

More specifically, the affected product lot numbers are 21511166; they expire in November 2018. The black label, gold trim and Continuum Labs logo signify that it is a contaminated product.

LGD-Xtreme is sold as a dietary supplement, stating that it helps the body to create more lean muscle mass. The 90 capsules are contained in a dark amber plastic bottle.

As of today, Invisiblu hasn’t received confirmation of any negative side effects because of the recalled item, which was sold to consumers within the U.S. Wholesalers in Brazil imported the product, as well.

The company is informing both customers and distributors about the problem via email and a press release. It requests that people with the product stop using it immediately and discard any unused capsules.
