AbbVie announces representatives' upcoming presentations

AbbVie, a worldwide, research-focused biopharmaceutical company, recently announced that it will have representatives giving presentations that will be transmitted via webcast from the Jefferies 2016 Healthcare Conference on June 8.

The main speaker representing AbbVie will be Bill Chase, executive vice president and chief financial officer of the company. As the representative, he will be speaking at a question-and-answer session. The session will begin at 7:30 a.m.

There will be a live audio webcast made available at www.abbvieinvest.com, through the Investor Relations website at AbbVie. The presentation will also be archived, so that the session can be viewed later on June 8.

First established in 2013, AbbVie was created after its leaders separated from Abbott Laboratories. The goal of the company is to apply its expertise, novel approach and focused manpower to develop innovative, advanced therapies. Then the company’s teams seek to create and market these advanced therapies to resolve some of the most serious and complicated illnesses around the globe.

AbbVie, along with the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, has over 28,000 employees around the world. Its medicines are marketed in over 170 countries. The company plans to continue making innovations for both the medical and health industry.
